Perfect for people looking for someone to ensure your creative project is delivered smoothly.
Take a look at some of my past projects below
-
It all began with the D25 City of Culture Bid exploring opportunities to create spaces and places for creative people to congregate together, share experience and explore possibilities of collaborations and connections. I was part of a small team supporting Game Time, Micro Commissions, and other elements of the wider project. More about this can be found here Culture Club

A year long exploration into the creative fabric of Bishop Auckland and an opportunity for multi-partner projects to collaborate and create new opportunities which are forward facing and could in time add to the regeneration of the town. This was supported by Gaunless Gateway Big Local. More on how the ‘long term arts partnership’ fitted within the wider work can be found here - residents wanted to focus on joy - hope and the future. Communities which are easy to ignore

Poverty Isn’t was a project exploring the stigma, stereotypes and language often used to describe people suffering from poverty. It was a blend of imagery, workshops, conversations with those with lived experience of a life on the breadline. This allowed me to work closely with Nat Wilkins a local photographer to create a resource which can start conversations around what can often be a challenging subject for many.
Creative Workshops
Creativity for all ages abilities, places and spaces.

Creative writing can sometimes have a bad rep, and negative experiences often in younger years can mean that many of us avoid it during adulthood.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
All creative sessions are bespoke based upon the needs of those creating.
There is no pressure to read work aloud and are designed to boost creative confidence and unique voice.
-
Creative buffets started back in 2016, formulated for school after school clubs but soon became a firm favourite out and about in the wild and enjoyed by all.
They have an an emphasis on process over product and those creating are encouraged to test and explore their creative ideas.
-
At times creative humans become so engrossed in the day to day running of small business or hectic work life they have less time for their own creative activity.
My professional development sessions allow time for reflection, collaboration connection and mindset shifts.
Nurturing spaces which empower creatives to recognise that all great things begin with them and the more they understand their own practice the more they can offer in their own projects and creations with others.

Barriers to creativity in all shapes and sizes and can be specific to a particular place or person or something that affects wider groups within communities.
Drawing upon years of experience navigating routes around these barriers I can support you to unpack your problem together and suggest possible ways forward.
-
Often the problem is not the problem it is the attitude to the problem or assumptions made around the problem that can cause resistance and obstacles.
I can help you create activities and conversations which allow safe spaces to explore these concepts and reduce creative deserts within places in which you live.
-
It starts with you - doing something will always over time create changes however small that something is.
I can work alongside you to discover new routes to new audiences and community based curiosity which will over time lead to a more rich vibrant creative offer.
